Do the Companion Pets go to sleep?

Yes. If left untouched for a few minutes, they enter sleep mode. A gentle pat on the back will wake them up again.

How are the Companion Pets powered?

Cats and pups run on 4 C alkaline batteries (included). The Walker Squawker uses 3 AAA alkaline batteries. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.

How long do the batteries last?

Battery life depends on frequency of use and interactions with the pet.

Can I turn the pets off?

Yes. Under a Velcro flap on the stomach, there is a switch with ON – MUTE – OFF.

How do I clean the Companion Pets?

- Spray fur with a mild, non-toxic toy cleaner
- Gently wipe with a clean towel and let dry
- Use germicidal wipes for disinfection
- Brush fur with a soft brush
Do not soak or place under running water.

Do the pets shed?

Some shedding may occur, similar to real pets. This is normal.
