Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Partners

We ship most of our products with DHL or Deutsche Post, both with tracking. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email so you can follow the status of your delivery at any time.

In some cases, items are shipped directly by the manufacturer or wholesaler (dropshipping). In these cases, we may not be able to provide a tracking number. Tracking is also not available for book shipments due to postal carrier restrictions.

Shipping Costs

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to every order. The fee depends on the total weight of your order, the number of items, and the destination country. The exact shipping cost is displayed transparently in your shopping cart during checkout.

Germany – DHL / Deutsche Post (tracked)

EU Countries – DHL (tracked)

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Shipping costs to EU countries are calculated by weight:

Heavy items over 31.5 kg are delivered by a freight carrier. Parcel tracking in the traditional sense is not available for freight shipments. The freight company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.

Dispatch for Prepayment Orders

For orders paid by bank transfer (prepayment), dispatch will take place only after full payment has been received in our account. Please allow an additional 1–3 working days for the transfer to clear.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and availability. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and in your shopping cart during checkout. Please note that items shipped directly by a manufacturer or wholesaler may have different delivery times.

Shipments in Multiple Parcels

If your order includes products from different suppliers or manufacturers, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times. Partial deliveries are possible. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each parcel.

Back Orders

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the missing items as quickly as possible at no additional shipping cost to you.
