Shipping policy
General Information
The products offered in this online shop are generally intended for end consumers who reside within the EU. Exceptions require a separate agreement.
Shipping Partners
Most of our smaller products are shipped via DHL with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order at any time.
Larger products such as mattresses or armchairs are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer via freight forwarding. In these cases, tracking is not available.
Books are shipped free of charge via postal book delivery, which is delivered by the letter carrier along with regular mail. Tracking is not available for these shipments.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping fee is charged for each order. This shipping fee (postage/packaging) depends on the weight, the number of products, and the destination country, and is shown during the checkout process in your shopping cart.

Deliveries of heavy products over 31.5 kg are made via freight forwarding (without tracking).
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the respective product detail page and again during the checkout process in your shopping cart.
Multiple Package Shipments
Some of the products we offer are shipped directly by manufacturers or importers on our behalf. This helps us reduce storage, pre-financing, and shipping handling costs.
As a result, you may receive two or more parcels from different sender addresses.
Delays
If there is a delay of more than 8 days in the processing or production of your order, we will inform you via email.
Backorders
If part of your order is not immediately available, the remaining items will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost.
