Payment Methods

We want to make payment as convenient as possible. That is why we offer a range of secure payment options. All online payments are protected by SSL encryption. As soon as you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation with all relevant details.

Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored by us. The invoice amount is charged to your card immediately upon completion of the order.

PayPal

If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website during checkout. There you enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction. We have no access to your bank or payment data at any time. The transaction is processed by PayPal automatically upon confirmation.

You can also pay via PayPal without a PayPal account — for example by credit card using the PayPal guest checkout.

Klarna (Invoice / Pay Later)

Via Klarna, we offer you the option to buy on invoice. You receive the goods first and pay after delivery — within the payment period set by Klarna. This payment method is subject to a positive credit assessment by Klarna. More information at www.klarna.com.

Apple Pay

For Apple device users, we offer fast and secure payment via Apple Pay. Payment is authorised directly on your Apple device and processed immediately upon completion of your order.

Prepayment (Bank Transfer)

You can also pay for your order in advance by bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with our bank account details. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days and include your order number as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment correctly. Your order will be dispatched once full payment has been received in our account.

Invoice for Institutions

We offer purchase on invoice for care homes, hospitals, public authorities, and state institutions. This payment option is available exclusively to these buyer groups. Please contact us in advance to set up this payment method: info@reviva.de.
